This study aims to analyze impact of the market economy to the formation of entrepreneur class in the people' s Republic Of China. The entrepreneur has developed rapidly since the economic reform in 1978. Bitter experience of the cultural Revolution have also driven the emergence of entrepreneur. However. instead of their strategic position in society, there are many obstacles faces by the entrepreneurs.
